Account issues

I have uploaded pics, but now I can’t. I’d like to delete and re- add my account, because I can’t do fun stuff. I’ve verified my email account, yet I can’t get to my profile page. I just want your software to behave. I like this site, but it’s not working very well for me, and I’ve tried several devices. But nothing does any good. It shouldn’t be this difficult!
