Active Viewers Filter

I'd like to have a filter to view only those who are activily watching me masturbate. Currently you have to try to masturbate with one hand and slowly try to scroll through the whole list of usually 200 viewers to find the "red eyes" that are currently watching you masturbate to try to engage with them. It would be easier to just be able to have the active viewers float to the top or filter out only those who have their cam on watching me masturbate.
