Amend the Search Users Fields

Feature Request/Bugs

  1. The ability to free-text search the City field would be good.

  2. The ability to search by email address should be removed (or it should be toggleable for the user to be able to allow or disallow).

  3. The ability to search by date of birth should be removed (or it should be toggleable for the use to be able to allow or disallow).

  4. The ability to search by full name should be removed (or it should be toggleable for the user to be able to allow or disallow).
