Change right pane layout when broadcasting

The advert on the righthand pane, underneath where you see your own broadcast, and above the user list needs to be smaller, or removed when your own camera is on. As it currently stands the list of users is far to short when I have my camera on large, and the reduced sized camera is so small I can't see myself.
