Your website is the absolute most-disorganized, chaotic, cluttered, ridiculously complex, most user-unfriendly website I’ve ever been on. It’s no wonder you are running deficits and I’m sure you will pull the plug within a year. I’d gladly pay a monthly subsciption fee for a membership that was easier to set up, easier to send private messages, with straightforward user instructions. If you ever straighten this mess out send out mass emails and we will come back.
