Popped-out cams freeze when another cam is expanded

Given I am viewing multiple cams, given one or more of them have been “popped out” into separate windows, when I press the expand “[ ]” button on a non-popped-out window in the Menchats browser window, the popped out cams should not freeze.

Currently, the popped-out cams do freeze occasionally in this scenario.
