Username should show all options

The popup menu next to the user’s name should show all the options that are available:

View Camera

Message

Profile

Report

etc

irrespective of where the name appears - in their profile, in the list of people in the room, in the list of messages, in the chat, and anywhere else. At present some options don’t appear in certain locations. For example if I click on a name in the Messages list I cannot open their cam, or even tell whether their cam is on. I find I constantly have to go back to Groups→Lobby to access the options I want.
