Volume controls on popped-out videos should change volume

Feature Request/Bugs

Given I am viewing someone’s cam, when I click the expand button “[ ]”, when I click out the “pop out” button, when I change the volume on the popped-out window, the volume of that person’s cam should change.

Currently, the volume only changes when I manipulate the volume controls in the menchats browser window.

When you go picture-in-picture or pop out, that is your browser rendering this. So we can’t do anything once it is out there.
