Whispers

It’s a real problem that a whisper can be replied to so that it is made public. If I wanted a whisper to be public, I’d have posted it in the scroll. Whispers should only be between the whispered party and a reply to a whisper should be sent as a whisper.

Also, I would like to see whispers and mentions show up more obviously. Our text box is blue - perhaps whispers and mentions could post in the scroll as a colored text box, too.
